2. Account Registration & Eligibility
All players must meet the eligibility criteria below before registering and must maintain compliance throughout their use of the platform.
2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 18 or older throughout your use of the platform. ac366 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned minus any winnings generated, and any bonus funds will be voided in their entirety.

Each individual person is permitted to hold one ac366 account only. This limit applies across all devices and payment methods. A single person may not register a second account using a different name, mobile number, email address, or payment method. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ac366 will close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and may withhold funds pending investigation.
2.4 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other information requested. Submitting false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure without prior notice.
2.5 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ac366 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or support chat. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support at [email protected] immediately.
2.6 Identity Verification (KYC)
ac366 may require identity verification at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal, following a significant deposit, or as part of a routine compliance review. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified in ac366's request may result in account suspension until verification is successfully completed.

3.4 Currency

3.6 Declined Transactions
ac366 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request that cannot be verified, that is suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, or that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a declined withdrawal, funds will be returned to the player's ac366 wallet and the player will be notified with a reason where disclosure is permitted.
3.7 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your bank or payment provider while funds remain in your ac366 account is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. ac366 will suspend your account immediately upon detection of a chargeback attempt, pending investigation. Any amount subject to chargeback will be deducted from your account balance, and the matter may be referred to relevant financial authorities.
4. Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, slot, and card game activity conducted through the ac366 platform.
4.1 Placing Bets
A bet is confirmed only when ac366 issues a bet confirmation reference number and the corresponding amount is deducted from your wallet balance. ac366 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side. It is the player's responsibility to verify that a bet has been accepted before assuming it is active.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market type, game, and sporting event. 4.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes
If a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous (for example, due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error), ac366 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. ac366 will not honour payouts resulting from clearly incorrect odds, even if the bet has already been settled. Players who knowingly exploit such errors may have their accounts suspended.
4.4 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. In-play odds are updated in real time. ac366 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any point during an event, including during live play, without prior notice. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
4.5 Casino and Slot Games
All RNG-based casino games and slot titles available on ac366 use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform. Malfunction of a game voids all plays and pays for the affected session; stakes are returned to the player's wallet.
4.6 Prohibited Betting Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ac366 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any programme designed to place bets without direct human interaction
- Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit by exploiting pricing differences

4.7 Bet Settlement
Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport — for cricket, this includes the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), ICC, and BCCI for BPL, international, and IPL events respectively. For casino and slot games, the game outcome displayed on-screen at session end is final. Settlement times vary by event; most sporting bets are settled within 30 minutes of the official result being declared.
4.8 Abandoned and Interrupted Events
In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after betting markets have opened, the following general rules apply: pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time; in-play bets will be settled based on the state of play at the time of abandonment according to the applicable sport-specific rules, which are available on the ac366 platform.
5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Expiry

5.4 Bonus Abuse

5.5 Changes to Promotions
ac366 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on the ac366 platform. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion prior to the change will have their participation governed by the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, provided ac366 determines it is practical to do so on a case-by-case basis.

6.3 Self-Exclusion

7. Account Suspension & Closure
ac366 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion under the circumstances described below.
7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure
ac366 may suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading personal information
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe
- Detection of duplicate account activity
- Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including chargeback attempts
- Engagement in prohibited betting activity as defined in Section 4.6
- Bonus abuse as defined in Section 5.4
- Confirmed underage gambling
- Player-initiated self-exclusion request
- Legal obligation or regulatory instruction requiring account closure
7.2 Funds on Closure
Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraudulent activity or Terms breach, the verified ৳ balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any pending withdrawal review. Where closure is due to a confirmed breach, ac366 reserves the right to withhold some or all funds pending investigation and, where applicable, to offset any outstanding liabilities owed by the player to ac366.
7.3 Player-Initiated Closure
A player who wishes to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the ac366 support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, ac366 will confirm the player's identity, settle any pending bets, and process any eligible withdrawal to the player's registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of identity confirmation.
7.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. ac366 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration charge of ৳100 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, deducted from the account wallet, once the account has been dormant for 13 consecutive months. Players with dormant accounts will be notified by email prior to any charge being applied. Accounts with a zero balance dormant for more than 24 months may be permanently closed without further notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
The following provisions govern the extent of ac366's liability to players in connection with the use of the platform.
8.1 Platform Availability
ac366 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service disruptions, or events outside ac366's reasonable control. ac366 will not be liable for losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability, provided reasonable steps to minimise downtime are taken.
8.2 Player Losses
Gambling involves risk. By using ac366, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your wallet. ac366 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activity on the platform, whether those losses result from your own decisions, market movements, or game outcomes generated by certified RNG technology.
8.3 Third-Party Services
